"Helpful support and fairly quick response"
I ran into a small issue while setting up fieldy.ai, so I reached out to support. They got back to me the same day and walked me through the fix in simple, clear steps, which I really appreciated. It did take one extra reply to get everything fully sorted, but the overall experience was solid and I’m happy with the support.

Fieldy.ai has a few useful features, but our experience with the team communication was frustrating. Responses took longer than we expected, and a couple of times we had to repeat the same question before getting a clear answer. It just felt like not everyone was on the same page. I also got a bit uneasy about the pricing because some things weren’t explained super clearly, and it made me wonder if there might be extra fees popping up later. Overall, not the worst tool we’ve tried, but the support and follow-up definitely need work.

We tried using the QuickBooks sync, but it kept breaking on us and made things way more frustrating than they needed to be. When we reached out to support, they mostly pointed the finger at our setup instead of really helping us figure it out. i was expecting at least an apology for the hassle

"Pretty easy to get around"
I’ve been using fieldy.ai for a bit now, and it’s been easy to figure out. I didn’t really need much time to get comfortable with it, which was nice. A couple of the small things was a little confusing at first, but overall it works well and saves me some hassle.

"Helps save time on admin work"
We've been using Fieldy to cut down on repetitive admin tasks and job updates, and it's been a good help so far. The automations save us time, and once it's set up, it's easy to use. It took me a little while to understand some of the rules, but support was helpful. Overall, it's a solid tool. Just hoping they add a few more templates.

"Job tracking is kind of a clunky mess"
It does track jobs, so I’ll give it that, but the whole thing feels like a slow little dinosaur sometimes. Updates can lag, and trying to dig up old job details is way more annoying than it needs to be.

I’ve been using fieldy.ai for a while now, it’s been really dependable. We don’t run into many crashes or random glitches like we did with our old software, which has made a big difference day to day. Jobs load quickly, and the team can actually rely on it while they’re working. It’s simple, does what it needs to do, and I’d definitely recommend it if you just want something that works without the headaches

"Onboarding was okay, but I feel stupid for trusting the training would be enough"
I started using Fieldy recently, and the onboarding itself was straightforward. At first I thought everything would click once I went through the training, but some parts still weren’t very clear. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that the training would cover enough to get me going without needing extra help. Support was polite and answered my questions, but it felt a bit rushed, like they wanted to move on quickly. The product does work overall, but I really think new users need more hands-on examples and clearer guidance

"Helpful for my daily drives"
I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, mostly on my morning and evening drives, and it usually gives me good routes that save time. Every once in a while the maps act a little weird or send me in a way that doesn’t make much sense, but most days it does the job well.

"Time tracking has been a headache"
The time tracking has been really frustrating. It keeps showing the wrong hours for my crew, and I’ve had to go back and fix timesheets manually way too many times. At this point, it feels like more work than it’s worth

"The app got frustrating quickly"
I downloaded the mobile app last week hoping it would make things easier, but after using it for a few days, it’s just been annoying. It keeps crashing at random times, and by the third or fourth time I had to reopen it, I was pretty much done. At this point, it doesn’t feel worth the time...

"Does the job, but the calendar could be smoother"
fieldy has been useful for dispatching jobs and keeping an eye on everyone’s schedule. I’m not going to dress it up like one of those shiny company blurbs, it’s not perfect. Sometimes updates take longer than expected, and a few schedule changes can feel more confusing than they should. Overall, it works fine for what we need, but the calendar side could definitely use some cleanup.

"Payments are still a headache"
Like I said, dealing with payments has been frustrating. The invoices glitch out sometimes, and then the payments take way too long to go through. Like I said, it just ends up being more of a hassle than it should be.

We tried setting it up, but right away it just felt like too much was locked down. I had a gut feeling early on that it wasn’t going to fit our workflow. We couldn’t really customize the forms or processes the way we needed, so we ended up moving on quickly

"Reporting just isn’t great"
the reporting has been frustrating. The reports aren’t very easy to work with and the numbers don’t always line up, which makes it hard to trust what I’m seeing. The analytics also feel kind of basic for what we need, so I end up spending more time double checking the data than actually using it.

"Estimates were almost never right"
The estimates were off most of the time, so I kept having to go back and fix the quotes myself. I reached out to support, but the replies felt like they were written by robots answering emails, polite, but not actually helpful. Nothing really got resolved, which made the whole thing frustrating
